GBW.G.B. WILSON
ENTERPRISES LIMITED

GBW TODAY

Independence.
On purpose.

Managing existing holdings, with room to consider a limited contribution where it fits.

A private holding
and investment company.

GBW’s principal focus is managing Greg Wilson’s existing holdings.

The company has a history in consulting and business leadership. That experience informs its current role, without creating an open-ended offer of consulting services.

As Greg reduces his day-to-day operating involvement, independence and control over his commitments matter. Any outside assignment would be considered individually and agreed within a limited scope.

I.

MAY BE CONSIDERED

Limited advisory work.

Greg remains open to considering limited assignments with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and similar organisations. Suitability, purpose and the time commitment would determine whether an assignment is a fit.

II.

A POSSIBILITY

A not-for-profit contribution.

Selected not-for-profit involvement may form part of GBW’s next chapter. This remains a possibility to consider individually, rather than an announced programme or a funding commitment.

Focused commitments.
Clear expectations.

No funding requests

GBW does not invite requests for investment, loans, donations or sponsorship.

No employee recruitment

GBW is not seeking to build an employee team or receive job applications.

No board appointments

Greg is not seeking board appointments.

No open-ended service commitment

An interest in selected assignments should not be read as general consulting availability or a commitment to ongoing operational management.

GBW and PVI.
Different roles.

GBW manages private holdings. PIPED Vault Inc. is the separate operating and acquisition platform.

Greg’s history with PVI is part of the company story. PVI’s businesses and commercial activities are introduced on its own website.
